The Violet Flame is a Divine gift and tool for everyone, given to us by Ascended Master Saint Germain. It is a sacred fire that exists on the Higher Dimensions. People with the gift of interdimensional sight have seen it. Cameras have captured it when it was not visible to the person taking the photo. The Violet Flame is REAL and I invite you to use it to your great advantage.
The Violet Flame is Spiritual Alchemy in action. Its purpose is to TRANSMUTE denser feelings, actions, deeds, karma, etc. into a higher vibrational frequency, which helps prepare us for our Ascension. Ascension means becoming a Divine Human, also known as a Christed Being - a level of Consciousness obtainable by any person. You may use the Violet Flame in perfect harmony with any belief system, religion or practice. It is a neutral tool with absolutely no conditions attached to it.
Some organizations teach people to use the Violet Flame with prewritten prayers and affirmations that they need to memorize and say in the right order for them to work. Some of them are very complex and rhyme with much repetition. Saint Germain has always told me that the words are not so important. Too many people are spending their energy and focus worrying about whether they got the words right or not. This causes them to miss the really important part of using the Flame - the feeling in your heart, your desire, intention and sincerity. Use the words from your own heart.
There are unlimited ways to use the Violet Flame. This is the basic method Saint Germain wishes everyone to use as a foundation for Violet Flame work. It is very simple with only four steps. Once you understand the principles behind this practice, you can adapt it and use it in unlimited ways.
Step 1. Bring the Violet Flame into your body. Ask your Higher Self, a Master, Guide or Angel to assist you to do so, or just ask the Flame to "be made manifest," whichever is most comfortable. It is helpful to visualize (doesn't matter if you can or cannot actually see it) or pretend that there is a ball of violet fire above your head. Then ask that ball of fire to come into your body and fill every speck of your entire body.
Step 2. Spin the flame in and around your body. Keep the Flame inside your body while asking it to also come out through your heart chakra and spin around or encircle the outside of your body so that it's encompassing your emotional, mental and spiritual bodies.
Step 3. Ask the Violet Flame to transmute everything you wish to be changed or eliminated from your life. Some people like to mention everything like a shopping list - all karma, negative feelings such as anger, poverty, frustration, sadness, physical illnesses, etc., which is fine. But you can also do a catch-all phrase, such as "transmute anything and everything standing in the way of my ascension, or of becoming a Christed Being." Again, it's the intent and the feeling behind it. One important phrase to add is, "on all dimensions, on all levels, through all time and space, past, present and future" to your request. That covers all your lifetimes and your multidimensional selves.
Step 4. Change negativity into Divine Light and fill your body. "Holes" are created in your aura where the dense energy and blocks were consumed by using the Violet Flame. It is very important to fill those spaces up with healing energy. Some people like to do the list again. "Please transmute everything into love, prosperity, abundance, peace and happiness." Or you can ask for specific colors, which are pure energy. Pink is unconditional love. Blue is peace and tranquility. Green is health and abundance. Deep dark blue is spiritual knowledge and intuition. Violet is spiritual advancement and knowledge. Either way works fine. The Violet Flame Invocation below turns everything into the golden light of the Christ Consciousness, which encompasses all the qualities of the other colors.
The following is an example of the 4-step Alchemical Violet Flame Meditation, which will transmute your karma and negative thoughts, actions and emotions. Please individualize the Invocation using words from your heart and say them with great feeling and intention. Saying the words out loud is best because the power and vibration of the spoken word has energy, which helps create the maximum results of the Violet Flame. If you are among people, you can just say it quietly in your mind.
Center yourself. Take a few deep breaths to prepare, and then, say these words:
Mighty I AM Presence, Beloved God, My Heavenly Source, Please make manifest in me now the Sacred Violet Flame of Transmutation. Bring the Violet Flame into every cell, molecule and atom of my body filling me totally and completely.

Blessed Violet Flame blaze into my Heart and expand out and around all of my bodies, physical, emotional, mental and spiritual, surrounding my entire Being with your Divine Grace, Love, Mercy and Forgiveness.

Transmute all karma, negative thoughts, actions, deeds and energy that I have ever created at any time, in all dimensions, on all levels, in all bodies, through all time and space, past, present and future, for all Eternity. Transmute anything and everything that stands in my way of embodying the Ascended Christ Being That I AM.

Beloved Violet Flame turn all that has been transmuted Into the Golden Light of God, the Christ Consciousness, The Light of God that never fails.

Send this Golden Light to me now, filling and surrounding my entire body with its Divine Radiance, raising my vibration and frequency to the highest level possible for me at this time.

I wanted to quickly let everyone know about the New Violet Flames that the Beloved I AM has brought forth for our growth and use. I AM receiving more and more information about them with each day, hour and minute. The information is coming to me directly from Beloved Ascended Master Saint Germain.
I will post more later and will probably write a book about this new discovery.
These, indeed, are exciting times!
There is a Violet Flame for EACH Ray. Each Violet Flame has the color of the Ray on the outer edge.
I have known for a very long time that the Violet Ray and Violet Flame were TWO different things and this further proves that they are. However, because they are both Violet, it is hard to see the outer edge like you can with the other Rays.
Each Ray is a quality of God I AM Presence.
The "new" Violet Flames are to be used for the corresponding dimension and/or imbalances of the Ray's qualities. Our "usual" Violet Flame will and does work on all Rays and dimensions but using the particular Violet Flame of the Ray is much more effective for those issues.
Example: Say someone has a Heart chakra imbalance or broken heart or a hard time feeling/giving love, etc. They would use the Emerald Ray Violet Flame or the Pink Ray Violet Flame for those issues. . . . and so on with each Ray's Violet Flame.
There are also a Metallic Gold Violet Flame and Silver/Platinum Violet Flame, which are even more special because they are Father God/Mother God rather than Rays. They can be used alone for more Masculine, or more Feminine influence, imbalances, issues, etc., or blended together in a state of perfect balance.
There is another one that looks similar to the Diamond Ray (there IS a Diamond Ray Violet Flame but this is slightly different) which is very liquid, and is actually the I AM Presence! WOW! It is fabulous and using it is truly amazing in action and feeling.
Last night (Oct 3rd 2005, during the New Moon and Jewish New Year), I was first shown the Rainbow Violet Flame which combines all the Rays in the outer edge. As I was looking at it, it suddenly changed form. The colors separated from the Violet Flame and became an upward spinning twin spiral (DNA) with the Violet Flame blazing in the center. Awesome to say the least!
I "directed" the Gold, Silver/Platinum and I AM energies to be added. It was then the ALL THAT IS, the Ultimate Source GodHead . . . . at least for now in our development. The "Ultimate" is always subject to change with our advancement and God's continual expansion.

Appearance: Transparent light with all colors flashing within. Qualities: Complete Perfection and Integration of all 12 Rays, Godhead, Nirvana.
Gold White Ray
Appearance: White light with flecks of metallic gold. Qualities: Highest aspect of the Divine Father Consciousness.
Silver/Platinum Ray
Appearance: Shimmering semi-transparent Silver/Platinum light. Qualities: Highest aspect of the Divine Mother Consciousness.
Rainbow Ray
Appearance: Shimmering semi-transparent Rainbow light which combines all 12 Ray colors. Qualities: Similar to Diamond Ray with a focus on our 3rd-5th dimensional bodies.
Irisdescent White Light Ray
I particularly have been seeing this over a year now and it began during one of my meditations with the Dolphins of this Color Ray coming in and alighting me these energies . . .Almost magickally. . . . Felt they came from Source directly. Since then they come often. Absolutely releases any dark entity energies. . . when sending reiki and when they appear I know that it is very sacred. The one they are going to are also most sacred. I am so honored when they come like that.

In these times of financial insecurity, stress and worry, the Violet Flame can insure your prosperity and abundance. There also are mental conditions and thoughts that are necessary for beneficial results. The mental and emotional attitude to sustain is one of love and trust and faith that you are fine - that everything is going to work out well for you. The emotion and thought of fear must be completely avoided! Do not listen or accept the media based view of reality. That is only an illusion meant to create fear. Know within your heart and entire Being that your Divine Source is where your abundance and prosperity comes from - not from a paycheck, a certain job, or even your own company. Your fortune may come through one of those avenues, but to rely on those 3rd dimensional answers, or to grasp at questionable potentials such as pyramid schemes or buying lots of lottery tickets, is to deny the fact that your Source can bring prosperity and abundance to you in unlimited amounts of ways. By focusing on abundance, prosperity, well-being, success in your life and circumstances without putting conditions on how that must be done, will multiply the avenues and channels for prosperity to reach you.

In other words, if in your mind, the only way that you can survive this financial crisis is to be working for a specific company and receiving x amount of dollars every Friday afternoon, limits the opportunities for prosperity to reach you. When we state that I want to keep my job, or my tenant must stay in my building and pay me the rent, or put conditions on our prayers, those conditions and expectations limit how we may receive things. Having no conditions, being open and willing to receive prosperity and abundance in any Divine way opens you up to unlimited avenues. Simply state to your Divine Source what you want, affirm that it is already there and let go of the attachment of how Spirit must bring it to you.

Remember, things are really different now than they were even 1 year ago. Our thoughts and our attitude and prayers are so much more effective now in instant and deep manifestation. Having the boldness and the desires to state our desires and bring them forth is so important. Really dream big, because we are creating our reality more than we ever have, in a more complete way. So many people might say, "Oh my God, I don't have a job and what am I going to do. . . please God, If only I can pay the rent." So that's what they're going to get. They're only going to get to pay the rent. The people that have the faith and imagination and ability to really dream and say, "Okay, let's create a whole new life of abundance for me", and are open to Spirit showing them hundreds of ways of making money will create a whole new life for themselves. Be open to a total transformation of who you are and how to relate to the world and what you can create. Envision big, dream big and you are going to get that.

The entire world is going through a major shift right now, financially. Things are very chaotic. The greed and uneven exchange for work and services and products, must be rearranged for the Golden Age to be materialized. Do you think that in the Golden Age everything is going to be exactly the way things are now? The Golden Age will have much more equality, much more of an evenness of exchange. You will not see one or two people at the head of a company making an obscene amount of money while the masses, which are actually producing and/or selling the products or creating the services, are paid a very meager wage. The Golden Age recognizes the worth and the Divinity of each and every person, not just a few that have chosen themselves to be the wealthy ones.

Anytime there is a change, chaos happens before the new order takes effect. This is a wonderful time of opportunity! We get to create the new ways of life. Using the Violet Flame for financial abundance and prosperity will hurry the changes for yourself and the world. We all must stay focused on a vision of Peace, Prosperity and Abundance for All . . . and hang on during the transition. It should take no more than 4 years for the totality of change to take place.

There are many Lightworkers on the planet now who have had previous incarnations on this planet and other planets where they've taken vows of poverty. There was a longtime, erroneous belief that to be a truly spiritually devoted person, one must be poor with no positions or luxuries in life. This is not true. It never was and it is especially not true now. However, because of this condition and previous contracts, many Lightworkers carry this thought subconsciously, in their DNA, or in a parallel universe. You might still be experiencing a lifetime like that. Old contracts, thoughts and beliefs that money is evil - you can't be spiritual if you have money - or if you charge for your work your talents will be taken away, and on and on. Those things aren't really true. It's exactly the opposite. You need to have people honor your work.

Being that past, present and future exist simultaneously, if you have taken that vow in the past, it is still here in the present. When you use the Violet Flame to change your financial fortunes in this incarnation, as you ask for the Violet Flame to transmute anything and everything known and unknown to you that might prevent you from your full abundance and prosperity that is the Divine gift and birthright, you can change the past as well.

Ask the Violet Flame to turn those negative thoughts, actions and deeds into Divine abundance and prosperity. You can use that term or for a visual - ask for it to turn into the Emerald Ray of abundance, prosperity, vital health, and vital life. Money is nothing more than energy. You want as much vital prosperous energy that you can have and the color of that is a beautiful emerald green. See this green energy raining on you as if dollar bills were being thrown on you.

Also ask that the negative thoughts be turned into the Golden Light and see the color of metallic gold energy. See golden coins falling upon you and surrounding you. Create the visual of the beautiful emerald green being edged with the gold and see flecks of the gold within that green ray. Bathe yourself in the green and gold - ask it to come into your body, just as you do with the Violet Flame, and to surround you, encompassing your mental, emotional, physical and spiritual body. Have the focus and intention of vibrant health and perfect prosperity and abundance to surround you in all that you do in this dimension, as well as all other dimensions.

The Violet Flame Prosperity Invocation

Infinite Possibilities

Quantum physics is more than a century old; yet, people's eyes still glaze over when they first hear of its strange ways. In the sub-microscopic world of elementary energy particles, the universe acts very differently from the one we know in our physical world.

As it turns out, the quantum world actually reveals the true nature of the universe, while what we see on the physical level is a carefully-created illusion. For example, at any point in time, life presents an array of infinite possibilities. When you make a decision as to what to do next, then - only then - does your immediate future become a reality instead of just
another possibility. Then, and only then, does the next step in your history get written.

In quantum physics, energetic particles, such as photons of light, only become particles of energy when you focus your attention upon them. Until then, they remain as fields of
influence which radiate waves of energy, not particles. These waves of energy, rather than traveling as particles directly from A to B, spread out as waves that explore all possible
paths before them.

Energy particles live in a world of possibilities, waiting to be made manifest by a conscious decision from someone, somewhere. In a conscious universe, any form of attention, even
that of a passive observer, manifests actual particles from the waves of potential.

As a human, you were born to manifest a life from infinite possibilities. At each step along the way, you create history by deciding which possibility to explore and working your way
through that action. You choose and create the experience from the potential and make it manifest.

The quantum world gets even stranger when you find that, in its natural, unmanifested state, it is free from the constraints of time and space. Electrons routinely affect their
own future, and even their own past. Quantum physicists even had to include "negative time" (traveling into the past) in their equations in order to include the time travel which is
exhibited at the quantum level.

Now, if the quantum world is the real world, the one from which our stable reality is constructed, then what does this mean for our possibilities? It certainly means that we have infinite choices for the future. The burning question is, how will the different choices turn out?

People in research projects have used hypnosis to access deeper states of consciousness. In these deeper states of awareness, they have examined their own future possibilities based on their present-day options. The amazing thing is that these future paths are just as real to the exploring consciousness as the person's daily reality. It's as though all paths already exist, quantum physics-style, as an array of possibilities that are very real, just not yet manifested.

For example, in hypnotherapist Brian Weiss's book, "Same Soul, Many Bodies," a patient who was convinced that suicide was his only real option was progressed - moved forward in time - to see how his suicide would turn out. He expected to find that the suicide would provide the desired relief from his crushing business problems. Instead, he saw how much grief he would have caused his wife and children. Worse still, he saw that his family members would take the blame for his death upon themselves, feeling that they should have somehow helped him and prevented such a tragedy.

Then, he was progressed into a future where he had decided against suicide and, instead, faced up to his crisis of personal failure. Instead of being shunned by his family and
friends, as he had expected, he saw them helping him to work through the crisis and recover his standing in the business world. As his consciousness moved through this alternative life, he saw the effects of following the sense of newfound joy that he had allowed into his life. In the light of such possibilities, his intended suicide was no longer a viable option and he chose the path towards joy.

I find it fascinating that alternate futures exist in such detail, in such vivid reality, for each person. Not only do they exist as possibilities, they seem as real as if the person had already lived them. Those who view these alternate futures are not making them up. In the above example, the person considering suicide was so depressed about himself that he
thought his family would say "Good riddance" when he was gone; he could not have made up the scenes of the alternative futures that he saw under hypnosis. Instead, people who see these future alternatives often learn from situations that they never could have imagined.

In a universe created by Infinite Being, each one of us has, by design, infinite possibilities. The question is, what could you do today that will make your tomorrow even better than it
would have been? Following your innermost joy means that you are using this inbuilt compass that points unfailingly towards greater fulfillment in life.

Multi Dimensional Natural State of Being

Think of a Telescope. It has a series of lenses. ON the top is our I AM presence prior to uniting with the total collective consciousness of Source/ God. Each one has a different focal point of light. Each focal point projects into each successive quantum field vibration, to manifest a physical or non physical self. Then the progressive progression of our soul essence continues down until it reaches the most dense and challenging dimension which of course is here on 3D/ 4D Earth or similar physical state of being.

Due to this fact of our individual souls with multiple physical or non physical aspects that is projected out from our I Am Presence, the more aware we are of this makes our collective work together far more powerful than most of us currently understand.

Through each of our multi dimensional aspects of our individual soul essence that are projected down through each dimension, we do different aspects of the greater work for the betterment of the whole of creation in our one universe. Which is of course one of many

Lightworkers are now integrating new light codes into our DNA matrix. One must become aware of the "Presence Within" before one can step forward into integrating new light codes. Being capable of one's own innernet and inner heartspace into the tenple within. True healing is accomplished from re-integrating your true divine soul essence and healing through love, forgiveness, acceptance and letting go of past and present sources of remaining karma. This process can take many lifetimes to accomplish. The ending of the 3d/ 4d life experience for many lightworkers/ way showers is to complete this process to be free from the karmic wheel of reincarnation in this physical human density form and move onward into exploration of new physical and non physical higher dimensional soul aspect expressions. Our souls choose to step down into this challenging human form in the 3d / 4d form for many reasons. Part of this is to be of service and also to share the wisdom from the higher realms where our souls have studied and worked.

Sometimes our soul falls from grace in the higher realms and come down to learn specific lessons that can be learned in the lower vibrational physical forms. When this is accomplished they can go back up to the higher realms where they originally came from.

Implementation of the higher divine lessons from the heavenly realms in our guidance to our clients is easier than integrating it into our own home / personal life experiences.
With other souls that we live with or are close to that are less aware than ourselves is far more challenging but, not impossible.

Look upon all around you in their Buddha Christ nature and help that to unfold. This is done through love and compassion, bypassing your ego is essential to accomplish this. Bring them into unison of their own divinity by working with their higher self through your own.

The key is to practice bringing in your own I am presence and then theirs. When our soul chooses to learn new lessons or has not mastered universal truths it can step down (fall from grace) in dimensions to experience a denser physical reality to master the lessons that are available in those realties that exist in those physical forms. All of creation is created by the sacred geometry http://www.sacred-geometry.com/3Dforms.html of the universe. It is the mathematical structure of form. It is closely linked to the Fibonacci sequence http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fibonacci_number.

Some intuitives are visual from their inner vision, some are tactile.. they can feel the energy or a combination of the two. Personally I utilize both in the energy work that I do.

How you perceive energy patterns in all its forms is unique to your own abilities that your soul has developed. As long as you maintain a strong connection with your higher self (Soul essence within) and work from a centered awareness there is no wrong perception. With practice you will further refine your perception into a more clear understanding of these and many other things.

We are multi dimensional beings have a very hard dense experience through this difficult physical embodiment of the aspect of your soul essence that is projected here into this 3D / 4D physical dimension.

Often I use this visual to help other to understand.
Visualize a telescope which is a series of lenses. The top one is your higher self.. the highest aspect of your individual soul essence before it merges with the infinite source and all of creation.

Each lens has a different focal point. Each focal point is a different dimension (quantum field) Your soul projects a part of your souls expression on each focal point. It may be physical or non physical.

The heaviest and most dense quantum field of physical expression is here 3D and 4D.

When we move up to the 5D physical expression all the ones above us move up as well.

The Big Push

The recent 11:11 gateway heralded a great opportunity for many of us to
more fully merge our hearts and minds in preparation for the 1:1:1
doorway where we will be able to truly Think With Our Hearts. This
opportunity did not come with much ease or grace , instead it came with
uncertainty, angst, anxiety and great feelings of stress. This is
primarily because our minds want so desperately to hold onto control of
what is familiar (and outworn) while our hearts delicately try to
negotiate with our logic to form a compromise more suitable for living
from a multi-dimensional platform.

The result is a tug of war.

On a higher level, these negative emotions are rising to the global
surface for transmutation and are often instigated in our 3D holograms
by situations or people who seemingly cause us great strife. As with
all deep healings, this holographic representation is mirrored from
within and stimulated by those appropriate triggers for release.

The 11:11 portal also created a dynamic by which the great central sun
initiated deep codes of activation for cellular transformation.
Whenever we go through a portal of this scope we are subject to the
release of more patterns of outworn thoughts/behaviors which can create
frenetic feelings of energetic overload. Our internal processors can
crash or burn out causing extreme sensitivity and reactions to common
situations that seem dramatic and over-the-top.

And of course, as we desperately try to integrate these higher
frequencies, our bodies must detoxify to assimilate the new light codes
for 5th dimensional living, thus creating great feelings of toxicity,
sleeplessness, night sweats, fatigue, irritability, unusual hunger,
neck and shoulder pain, headaches, flu-like feelings, sinus pain, etc.,
etc. The detoxification of our spiritual, mental, emotional and
physical bodies is directly related to that of Mother Earth and we have
worked very hard to heal our own wounds and patterns to aid in the
overall ascension for the whole planet.

Though we are still reeling from the ramifications of 11:11, the 12:12
gateway is right on its heels urging us to incorporate even more codes
of stellar activation in the final push to the solstice on 12/22
(integration) and the 1:1:1 entrance on January 1st, 2008. Though
December is always a month of stillness and inward reflection as we
contemplate the last 11 months of our lives, this year is even more
intensified due to the wrapping up of a major 9 year cycle of clearing
and preparing to engage our true potential in creation of the new
earth. And we have earned it.

Many lightworkers/starseeds are experiencing the completion of a long
and all-consuming cycle of physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual
clearing and are now ready to live in harmony on the planet to anchor
the frequency of christed consciousness. Because of this, the final
month of this year will be pivotal for how we all move into 2008.
With the navigation of so many major intersections and possibilities
for transformation, this will prove to be an intense month indeed.

2008 will be a year of new beginnings and expanded potential for those
who choose to align fully with the pulse of creation and in tune with
the beat of the cosmic heart. To prepare for this universal gift of
grace we need be focused on the opportunities given to us through these
portals to let go of any illusions keeping us from total alignment with
our heart's desires. This will be a year of deep connectivity and
creative power moving us further away from the mire of polarity and
onto the timeless ray of divine love.

Be sure to stay strongly connected to your creative visions for the
remainder of 2007, it will most likely be a bumpy ride. And if you
listen to the needs of your body it will respond well to your attention
and nurturing. Sea salt baths are great for those days when we would
rather stay in bed and they also serve to clear our electromagnetic
fields when we are experiencing discord.

A Course in Miracles is a course in mind training that may be studied for the purpose of awakening from a world of pain and death to the full and joyful awareness of God’s love. Here is a sketch of what the course says.

God is. I am Spirit, created by God and forever loved and protected by God. All is one.

So where did pain and death arise? Into eternity, where all is one, there crept a tiny, mad idea, at which the Son of God remembered not to laugh. In his forgetting did the thought become a serious idea, and possible of both accomplishment and real effects. ACIM p586

My “idea” was to see what it would be like to be separate from God and run my own show. This is not possible in realty where all is one. So I fell asleep and dreamed a world of duality in which I could be separate.

To make this dream convincing I had to forget all I knew, make a thought system that was oppositional to reality, and turn my mind over to it. The instant I did this I feared I had really separated from God. I was seized with guilt and terrified that God would punish me.

To lessen my guilt and fear, I had my “ego” thought system create illusory events in form, the purpose of which were to convince me that I was a vulnerable body and that others were trying to attack me.

My ego dutifully projects evil motives onto others and has my senses misperceive their actions as attacks on my innocence. This justifies my attack/defense thoughts about them. It is a vicious cycle. Hence, I live in a world of pain and death.

This dream is self-perpetuating. It’s like living in a coma after a brain injury—unless I choose to awaken.

To awaken I lead my mind back out, one illusory perception at a time. By asking God for help I can reinterpret a fearful perception. I recognize that what I thought someone did to me did not occur; I just made it up. So I can easily forgive it and let it go.

As I do this, each illusion is transformed from fear to an experience God’s love. Because it defies the physical laws of the dream world, it is called a miracle. Each is a memorable experience of relief and joy.

When I have gained sufficient perspective on my ego thought system and cease to find any value in it, I will awaken from the dream to the total experience of peace, joy and love.

Spirituality is the practical science of life. Apart from taking us to the ultimate goal of Self-realization it also teaches us the nature of the world, and how to understand life and live fully in the best way possible."

However, Amma says that the path of devotion and selfless-service is the safest and most conducive path for many people.

2 Apples
1 tablespoon Flour
1 Heaping tablespoon brown
-sugar
1 ts Ground cinnamon
-Pinch of salt
3 teaspoons Water
1 tablespoon Butter or margarine, cut in small pieces

Try this with vanilla ice cream, vanilla yogurt, fresh cream or half and-half.

Peel and core apples, then slice them directly onto toaster-oven baking tray or cookie sheet.

In small bowl blend flour, brown sugar, cinnamon and salt.

Scatter flour mixture over apples.

Sprinkle water over all ingredients (use more water than called for if apples are not very juicy); space out pieces of butter over top.

Place tray in toaster oven and set at 375 F. Bake 30 minutes.

Makes two servings. You can double or Triple the recipe to make more servings.

2 cups sugar
1/2 cup milk
1 stick margarine or butter
2 tablespoons cocoa optional
3 cups 1 minute oats
1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter or almond butter

Mix first 4 ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a rolling boil, stirring constantly. Boil exactly 1 minute.

Remove from heat and add 3 cups of oats and 1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter.

Drop by spoonfuls on waxed paper. Let stand until cooled.

Dr Fox is the holistic practicioner of the Avalon Wellness Centre in Mt Shasta, California. The Avalon Clinic represents the re-emergence of the ideal of healing as practised on the original Isle of Avalon. Dr Fox has proven through blood tests that some people have actually developed new strands of DNA.

PATRICA RESCH: Berrenda, tell us a little about your background.

Dr BERRENDA FOX: I have doctorates in physiology and naturopathy. During my training in Europe, I also was involved with the media and this still continues in film and management. As you know, I'm working with FOX Television Network to bring about UNDERSTANDING OF EXTRATERRESTRIALS AND THEIR ROLE IN WHAT IS HAPPENING WITH MANKIND at this time. The most well known are 'Sightings' and 'The X Files.'

PR: What are the changes that are happening at this time on the planet, and how are our bodies being affected?

BF: There are major changes, mutations that haven't occurred, according to geneticists, since the time we supposedly came out of the water. Several years ago in Mexico City there was a convention of geneticists from around the world, and the main topic was the DNA change. We are making an evolutionary change, yet we don't know what we are changing into.

PR: How is our DNA changing?

BF: Everyone has one double helix of DNA. What we are finding is that THERE ARE OTHER HELIXES THAT ARE BEING FORMED. In the double helix there are two strands of DNA coiled into a spiral. It is my understanding that we will be developing twelve helixes. During this time, which seems to have started maybe 5 to 20 years ago, we have been mutating. This is the scientific explanation. It is a MUTATION OF OUR SPECIES into something for which THE END RESULT IS NOT YET KNOWN.

The changes are NOT KNOWN PUBLICLY, because the scientific community feels it would FRIGHTEN THE POPULATION. However, people are changing at the cellular level. I am working with three children right now who have three DNA helixes. Most people know and feel this. Many religions have talked about the change and know it will come about in different ways. We know it is a positive mutation even though physically, mentally, and emotionally it can be misunderstood and frightening.

PR: Are these children displaying any characteristics different from other children?

BF: These are children who can move objects across the room just by concentrating on them, or they can fill glasses of water just by looking at them. THEY'RE TELEPATHIC. You would almost think by knowing these children that they are half angelic or superhuman, but they're not. I think they are what we are growing into during the next few decades.

PR: Do you think this will happen to all of us?

BR: Our immune and endocrine systems are the most evident of these changes. That is one of the reasons I work with research in immunological testing and therapy. Some adults that I have tested actually do have another DNA helix forming. Some are even getting their third. These people are going through a lot of major shifts in their consciousness and physical bodies, because it is all one. In my opinion, the Earth and everyone here is raising its vibration. Many of the children born recently have bodies that are magnetically lighter. Those of us that are older and choose to change have to go through many physical changes.

PR: What causes change in bodies born with normal two strand DNA?

BF: The easiest way to mutate our DNA is through a virus. Consequently viruses are not necessarily bad. Viruses live only on living tissue. DNA viruses like Epstein Barr and the Herpes #6 change cellular structure. The retro virus HIV is not a DNA virus. Instead of mutating the body, it actually eats it up. Most people who go through this process and come out the other side have a new profession, a new way of thinking, or at least a starting of a new way of life.

Even though they may feel really sick, tired, or hopeless at times, it is a gift. They are being given a chance to change their DNA structure and their body into a lighter, healthier body that can see them into the next generation. The angels that are being seen are signs that we are shifting. As I understand it, WE HAVE UNTIL ABOUT 2012 TO COMPLETE THIS PROCESS.

PR: What other changes should we expect to see?

BF: There will be no disease, we will not need to die. We will be able to learn our lessons not through suffering but through joy and love. The old system has to crumble away, and is not doing that without putting up a big fight. So you have all the wars; a lot of the medical type of healing is not working; the government is not working. A lot of the old paradigms can no longer exist, yet are fighting to be maintained, but there is no doubt that it is changing.

Those of us who have chose to live at this time are the forerunners of almost a new species. It is human, yet we are at the same time actually manifesting heaven on Earth. We are receiving extra help from masters and extraterrestrials, angelic beings, and learning to go inward. The more we are able to go in and listen to that quiet voice, the more we are in tune with the changes that are happening.

PR: What are some of the side effects of these changes?

BF: With a cellular change you are sometimes going to feel as though you are not here. You may feel exhaustion, because we are literally changing cells and becoming new beings. Like a new baby, you may need lots of rest.

Mental confusion and not being able to concentrate on routine tasks may happen as we are being programmed for something larger. Aches and pains throughout the body for which there is no specific cause are common. Many people feel as though they are going crazy. If they go into an orthodox medical office, most likely they will be put on Prozac, because they can't define what it is. It is difficult for the medical profession because they are not used to dealing with the energy body.

Because the chakras are related to our endocrine system, women will go through hormonal changes. There may be crying without knowing why because crying releases hormones. Many women are going through menopause earlier because we are accelerating.

Men may be very frustrated with the exhaustion when they are used to being very active. They may feel their feminine side coming out because this is the intuitive side. The emotional therapy that has been coming out in the last 20 to 30 years has been speeded up with new techniques for these changes. We are actually doing a tremendous amount of emotional work in a very short time which would have taken thousands of years.

PR: How do you you treat someone who is going through these changes?

BF: I approach it from the viewpoint of working with individual beings instead of treating a disease, 'Doctor' in Latin means educator. The only effective service you can perform as a true healer is to empower individuals with the necessary tools and reassure them that what is happening is real, and that they can heal and be free of the 'negative' symptoms while healing.

First, I require immunological testing that is not traditionally done. This is a blood laboratory test performed by an advanced specialty research lab. Then I give the patient the information themselves. This is much like a map of the changes so they can have the power to heal. I am not the healer but only an instrument in their individual healing process. There is power in a person looking at their own blood tests and seeing the map of what is going on in their bodies that causes something to click in the subconscious.

The real key is that the person take responsibility and do their own work. What I use as tools are not commonly used. I use a lot of Organotherapy, which is a glandular treatment from Europe, to build up the hormonal system to accept the changes in the DNA.

Also, I use homeopathy to work on the energetic body, vitamins, herbs, and cold laser therapy. The therapy depends entirely on individual needs. Much of what I do has been accessed from those whom I would call older sisters and brothers who have gone on before us. They are from other solar systems that we have all come from to help this planet with its transition.

PR: How do you see your work evolving?

BF: I look at my work as a bridge or transition. It is both scientific and artistic. Healing is an art and a science. Using only science or just the art of healing is not enough for complete health. I don't think I will be a healer all my life because I believe disease will be eliminated. We as conscious people will eliminate disease and suffering.

1. Body aches and pains, especially in the neck, shoulder and back. This is the result of intense changes at your DNA level as the "Christ seed" awakens within. This too shall pass.

2. Feeling of deep inner sadness for no apparent reason. You are releasing your past (this lifetime and others) and this causes the feeling of sadness. This is similar to the experience of moving from a house where you lived in for many, many years into a new house. As much as you want to move into the new house, there is a sadness of leaving behind the memories, energy and experiences of the old house. This too shall pass.

3. Crying for no apparent reason. Similar to #2 above. It’s good and healthy to let the tears flow. It helps to release the old energy within. This too shall pass.

4. Sudden change in job or career. A very common symptom. As you change, things around you will change as well. Don’t worry about finding the "perfect" job or career right now. This too shall pass. You’re in
transition, and you may make several job changes before you settle into one that fits your passion.

5. Withdrawal from family relationships. You are connected to your biological family via old karma. When you get off the karmic cycle, the bonds of the old relationships are released. It will appear as though you are drifting away from your family and friends. This too shall pass. After a period of time, you may develop a new relationship with them if it is appropriate. However, the relationship will be based in the new energy without the karmic attachments.

6. Unusual sleep patterns. It’s likely that you’ll awaken many nights between 2:00?4:00 a.m. There’s a lot of work going on within you, and it often causes you to wake up for a "breather." Not to worry. If you can’t go back to sleep, get up and do something rather than lay in bed and worry about humanly things. This too shall pass.

7. Intense dreams. These might include war and battle dreams, chase dreams or monster dreams. You are literally releasing the old energy within, and these energies of the past are often symbolized as wars, running to escape and boogeyman. This too shall pass.

8. Physical disorientation. At times you’ll feel very ungrounded. You’ll be "spatially challenged" with the feeling like you can’t put two feet on the ground or that you’re walking between two worlds. As your consciousness transitions into the new energy, you body sometimes lags behind. Spend more time in nature to help ground the new energy within. This too shall pass.

9. Increased "self talk." You’ll find yourself talking to your Self more often. You’ll suddenly realize you’ve been chattering away with yourself for the past 30 minutes. There is a new level of communication taking place within your being, and you’re experiencing the tip of the iceberg with the self talk. The conversations will increase, and they will become more fluid, more coherent and more insightful. You’re not going crazy, you’re just Shaumbra moving into the new energy.

10. Feelings of loneliness, even when in the company of others. You may feel alone and removed from others. You may feel the desire to "flee" groups and crowds. As Shaumbra, you are walking a sacred and lonely path. As much as the feelings of loneliness cause you anxiety, it is difficult to relate to others at this time. The feelings of loneliness are also associated with the fact that your Guides have departed. They have been with you on all of your journeys in all of your lifetimes. It was time for them to back away so you could fill your space with your own divinity. This too shall pass. The void within will be filled with the love and energy of your own Christ consciousness.

11. Loss of passion. You may feel totally disimpassioned, with little or no desire to do anything. That’s okay, and it’s just part of the process. Take this time to "do no-thing." Don’t fight yourself on this, because this too shall pass. It’s similar to rebooting a computer. You need to shut down for a brief period of time in order to load the sophisticated new software, or in this case, the new Christ-seed energy.

12. A deep longing to go Home. This is perhaps the most difficult and challenging of any of the conditions. You may experience a deep and overwhelming desire to leave the planet and return to Home. This is not a "suicidal" feeling. It is not based in anger or frustration. You don’t want to make a big deal of it or cause drama for yourself or other. There is a quiet part of you that wants to go Home. The root cause for this is quite simple. You have completed your karmic cycles. You have completed your contract for this lifetime. You are ready to begin a new lifetime while still in this physical body. During this transition process, you have inner remembrances of what it is like to be on the other side. Are you ready to enlist for another tour of duty here on Earth? Are you ready to take on the challenges of moving into the New Energy? Yes, indeed, you could go Home right now. But you’ve come this far, and after many, many lifetimes it would be a shame to leave before the end of the movie. Besides, Spirit needs you here to help others transition into the new energy. They will need a human guide, just like you, who has taken the journey from the old energy into the new. The path you’re walking right now provides the experiences to enable you to become a Teacher of the New Divine Human. As lonely and dark as your journey can be at times, remember that you are never alone.

Greetings Dear Ones. It is that in this moment we wish to speak to you of your changing genetic structures. There has been much talk within your realm of this.

It is that there as, in fact, changes occurring within you. It is that your DNA exists not only biologically, but other dimensionally as well. Your scientists study the aspects of the DNA phenomenon and have learned much. What they do not yet understand is that your DNA is much more than a functioning biological entity. It is your harmonic signature Universally.

If you were to hear the tones generated by each segment of each strand of your DNA, you would find that they create a collection of harmonic frequencies that when combined, duplicate your exact harmonic frequency. That harmonic frequency is your Universal identifier. There is no other who carries that frequency which is yours. In essence, you exist with your own harmonic resonance.

Your genetic structure operates much in the way a satellite system works as a transmitter and receiver. It is your biological and energetic connection to all things not only environmental but Universal. The frequencies found within your genetic structure are very fine. Light in fact.

Knowing this, when you work inter-dimensionally, it is that your harmonic frequency is your road map to your multiple aspects as well as all other aspects…beings, places, times. Each has a unique frequency. It is with this awareness that you are able to travel inter-dimensionally. It is with this awareness that you are able to locate times and places, and further, it is with this awareness that you are able to access the Akashic records for the attainment of any and all knowledge that you desire.

The changes that are occurring within you at this time are a re-harmonization with all other things. This re-harmonizing is occurring by a re-patterning of the electrical communications within your genetic structure. Both within the electrical and electro magnetic impulses which communicate from one segment to the next, as well as the inter-relationships of your DNA and RNA.

First of all, the electrical relationships between your segments of DNA are changing their relationships. There is an arcing occurring which at times will skip one or more segments in the DNA strand. This change in patterning is allowing for more of your Universal Awareness to come forefront. It is a part of the Awakening process which is occurring. As the electrical patterns change, so do the electro magnetic relationships.

In turn, as the electro magnetic relationships change, they become of higher frequencies. This instigates the overall raising of your vibration as a Being of Light. In such a way, what follows is a redistribution of the chemical relationships within you. At the same time, those impulses which are emitted from you throughout the Universal process invite certain other frequencies to you. These frequency impulses that come to you bring whole blocks of information. That information is becoming a part of your very being. In such a way, when shifts occur, you are already in possession of full knowledge of everything that you need in order to make the transition with those shifts.

With the changes that we have just described, there is another remarkable situation which occurs within you. As the higher vibrational frequencies begin to operate within you, you are beginning to utilize more of your brain. No, not the thinking, mental part of your brain…the rest of your brain which has lain dormant for countless millennia.

As the higher vibrational electrical and electro magnetic impulses course though you as a Being, there comes a response within your brain wave activity which allows for the use of the Gamma brain wave patterns. These Gamma Brain wave patterns are your gateway to all other realities. These are instigated within your brain utilizing the pattern of the golden ratio.

In such a way, there are three steps to your Gamma Brain wave patterning.

The first is Initiation. The beginning of intentional utilization of your consciousness outside of your body. With this Initiative process come the awareness of other realities, perhaps even other Beings who exist in those other realities.

The second phase of Gamma Wave activity is Communion. Communion is actual interaction and communication with other dimensional Beings in other Dimensional Realities. This communication for most becomes telepathic in nature, but carried many of the same sensory aspects which you now experience.

The third aspect of Gamma Wave activity within your brain functioning is Ascension. It is this point of consciousness from which you may depart this, your local reality to that which is the reality of the Source. That which is Light.

In order for you to intentionally access the ascension point consciously, you must first experience the Initiation and Communion aspects of your consciousness.

There is no thinking process which will take you to Light. No emotion which will take you there. Ascension is a conscious journey of your Being-ness. It is a letting go of all that which keeps you intact and allows you to experience yourself as a free and unencumbered Light Being. When you begin to access the Initiation, the feelings of unconditionality come. Bliss follows. When you access this place within yourself, you touch that part of you which is unbound. You become an ultra sensory being.

And so it is that with the changes that are occurring within you, these changes are happening all around you. The are Universal in nature, for as it was in the Beginning is will always be. You began as beings of Light, you have become beings of mass and weight. Thinking, feeling Beings who have become confused of your own processes. Embrace the changes for which you return to your essence of Being, your True nature, your selves as Light Beings. Know that this is as it will always be. There is no fear in your Light being-ness. No weight. It is all simple Truth of Being. Open yourself to that which you are.

And so it is that we return to Light.

Hi Dear Hearts,

I debated about sending this E-mail because many people are not receiving the conflicting E-mails about the Fire the Grid event, and I did not want to confuse people. But I have received hundreds of E-mails from people asking about the conflict, so I thought I would send this E-mail to everyone on our E-mail list and let people share this information with whomever they choose.

This is the response I have sent to the people who have asked for my input:

It is wonderful to connect with you. Thank you for sharing your thoughts and the information you received about the Cosmic Opportunity that is being presented to Humanity on July 17, 2007, by the Beings of Light in the Realms of Illumined Truth.

Won't it be wonderful when we can all communicate through open heart and mind telepathy? That way the Truth of our conversations will resonate within the Divinity of our Heart Flames, and we will know that we know that we know. Then we will not be limited by language, semantics or our fear-based beliefs.

Tragically, whenever there is a monumental opportunity for the Light of God to increase on Earth the forces of imbalance redouble their efforts to block the Light. The good news is that Light is infinitely more powerful than any fear-based, fragmented efforts or misinformation those wayward souls may try to conjure up.

I know that in most instances the people who are disseminating this misinformation truly believe what they are saying, and they think they are helping by sending out an alarm. So far, I have received about six different, urgent, alarmist warnings about this event:

One person thinks this activity of Light will remove our free will, fry the grid, blow Humanity's circuits and diminish the power of the Christ Grid.

Another person says ANY attempt to heal the Earth is associated with evil forces. They claim that the demise of the Earth is God's Divine Plan, and the only way people will ascend into Light and harmony is for the Earth to be destroyed.

Another person says the grid is actually a web that has been placed around the Earth by evil ET's, and the intent of the July 17th activity is to imprison all Humanity.

And on and on and on...

I would like to interject a little reason into this matter. Our Free Will is a gift from our Father-Mother God that was given to each of us the moment we were first breathed forth from the Core of Creation. No one has the ability or power to take that away from us except our God Parents.

At the time of our inception, we were also invested with the creative faculties of thought and feeling. The Divine Intent of our Earthly sojourn is to learn to become cocreators with our Father-Mother God, thus manifesting the perfection of Heaven on Earth.

Humanity is now in the process of reversing the adverse effects of our fall from Grace aeons ago. We are healing our self-inflected separation from God and each other. To help us with this process, we are receiving more assistance from the Company of Heaven than ever before in the history of time.

The common-sense Truth about the wondrous opportunity that is being presented to Humanity on July 17, 2007, is that we are not the victims of circumstance, we are the creators of circumstance. No matter what agenda the forces of imbalance may be trying to interject into this activity of Light, they will fail. The Light of God is ALWAYS Victorious, and WE are that Light.

It is the DIVINE INTENTION with which people participate in this hour-long meditation on July 17, 2007, at 11:11 a.m. GMT that will determine the result of this collective activity of Light. We are being asked to infuse this blessed planet and all her Life with the full momentum of our Love and Light. We are also being asked to bless Beloved Mother Earth with the sacred gifts and talents of our I AM Presence, our true God Selves.

There are millions of Love-centered people committed to participating in this glorious event. Every one of them has the Divine Intent of being the most powerful force of Light and Love they are capable of being during that Cosmic Moment. NOTHING will prevent the Immaculate Concept of this facet of God's Divine Plan from being fulfilled.

Just for a moment, feel the elation and the gratitude our Father-Mother God and the Company of Heaven are projecting through your Heart Flame in appreciation for your willingness to be an Instrument of God at this critical time on Planet Earth.

July 2007 will be recorded in the Akashic Records of Mother Earth as the Cosmic Moment when a critical mass of souls evolving on this planet reclaimed their Divine Birthright as stewards of the Earth and permanently reversed Humanity’s descent into oblivion.

It is important to note that the Divine Plan is unfolding in perfect synchronicity through the myriad activities of Light being orchestrated by embodied Lightworkers and the Company of Heaven. Every facet of this incredibly complex Ascension process is vital and critical to the success of this miraculous endeavor. No part of the plan is any more important than another.

In this article I will discuss two of the next phases of the Divine Plan. Please take this information into your heart of hearts, and ask your I AM Presence how you can be the most powerful Instrument of God to assist with these activities of Light.

Your part of this Divine Plan is unique. There is not another soul who has been prepared in exactly the same way to accomplish what you have volunteered to do. You have all of the wisdom, skill, knowledge, strength, courage and ability you need to succeed. The Legions of Light throughout Infinity are standing in readiness awaiting the opportunity to assist you at your beck and call.

Only your mighty I AM Presence can reveal to you the full magnitude of this auspicious moment in the Earth’s evolution. As you seek the Kingdom of Heaven within, all will be revealed to you. Read these words and feel them resonating in the deepest recesses of your heart. Allow the inner knowing of this Truth to awaken within you the remembrance of your purpose and reason for being.

On July 7, 2007, over two billion people around the world focused their attention on the global concert titled Live Earth. The purpose of this amazing event was to educate Humanity and to bring awareness of the various things people can do to change the adverse effects of global warming.

The collective cup of Humanity’s consciousness on this incredibly powerful day created a Chalice of Light through which the Light of God flowed to bless all Life. That monumental Divine Light prepared every atomic and subatomic particle and wave on Earth for the influx of Creation Energy that was destined to bless this planet on July 17, 2007.

On July 17, 2007, literally tens of millions of Lightworkers around the world joined together for a one-hour global meditation that was coined Fire the Grid. During that rare hour, which began at 11:11 a.m. Greenwich Mean Time, Humanity was joined by the Legions of Light throughout the whole of Creation. Through the unified efforts of Heaven and Earth, this planet was flooded with the 5th-Dimensional frequencies of the New Earth.

As the infinite perfection of this Creation Energy entered the Heart Flame of every man, woman and child on Earth, a long-awaited healing took place through the intervention of each person’s I AM Presence. This healing allowed the Grid of Divine Love that unites the Divinity within each person’s heart to be restored to its original Divine Intent and Potential.

This Grid of Divine Love has been a fragmented shadow of its original potential since Humanity’s fall from Grace aeons ago. This tragic situation has perpetuated the illusion of our separation from God and each other. It has also effectively prevented Humanity from perceiving our Oneness with ALL Life or hearing the inner voice of our I AM Presence. Consequently, our communication with the Realms of Illumined Truth and our Father-Mother God have been very, very limited, which was never part of the original Divine Plan.

The healing and reactivation of the Grid of Divine Love that is now uniting every Heart Flame is serving as a catalyst for Humanity’s awakening. It is causing profound changes to occur within every person at an atomic, cellular level.

Daily and hourly, as the influx of Creation Energy expands through the open door of Humanity’s collective consciousness, the Grid of Divine Love is becoming stronger and more powerful. The Beings of Light have indicated that the collective radiance of this Grid of Love is the most powerful force of Light on the planet at this time. It has formed a Bridge of Light that spans the abyss from the lowest vibrations on Earth into the 5th-Dimensional Realm of Infinite Physical Perfection. This is the Bridge to Freedom over which this Earth and all her Life are now Ascending onto the next Spiral of Evolution.

Now our Father-Mother God and the Company of Heaven are invoking our assistance once again. It is time for the most critical phase of the Divine Plan that has been attempted to date.

Now that the Grid of Divine Love within the Heart Flames of Humanity is once again fulfilling its Divine Purpose, we have the ability as never before to heal our self-inflicted separation from each other and our Father-Mother God. This is, in fact, the next phase of the Divine Plan. Can you fathom the elation pouring forth from the Heavenly Realms as this opportunity is presented to the dedicated Lightworkers on Earth? What an awesome and humbling honor.

To set the stage for this monumental activity of Light, a profound Truth from the Core of Creation is resounding through the ethers:

THERE IS NO SEPARATION!

We are all One, and we are all in this together. What affects one facet of Life affects all Life. The Divine Opportunities being presented to one Human Being are available to ALL Human Beings. This is true regardless of how oblivious a person may be of those opportunities.

We are living in a new paradigm. I know from outer appearances it looks like the horrific things taking place on Earth are involving the masses of Humanity, but that is an illusion. In Truth, the terrible things we are perceiving through the media involve a mere fraction of the six billion souls evolving on this planet. The vast majority of people around the world are loving people who are striving to live positive lives. Every day billions of people on Earth turn their attention to God and invoke the highest good for their loved ones and all Humanity. These prayers are always heard, and they are being answered.

The collective consciousness of Humanity has reached a critical mass of compassion for all Life on this planet. The ancient prophecies that indicated millions of souls would be left behind because they would not be ready to make the shift into the 5th Dimension are OBSOLETE. That troubling scenario has been averted through selfless acts of Divine Love and the tireless efforts of myriad Lightworkers over the past one hundred years. But our work is not finished!

As the Divine Wisdom flowing through the Grid of Divine Love enters our conscious minds, we begin to truly know that every Human Being is Divine, regardless of how far his or her behavior patterns and life experiences may be from reflecting that Truth. This is a vitally important realization in Humanity’s healing process.

Our thoughts and feelings are creative, and whatever we focus our attention on, we empower and bring into form. If we are constantly thinking and talking about the negative behavior patterns people are participating in or the things we do not like about the people themselves, we simply add our energy and power to the very things we dislike. This is true whether we are talking about our loved ones, our friends and coworkers, our associates and acquaintances or our governmental officials and world leaders. Actually, the more powerful and influential a person is, the more crucial it is for us to empower their Divine Potential instead of the mistakes they are making.

We can empower and energize every soul’s Divine Potential by focusing our attention on the Divinity pulsating in their heart and by asking their I AM Presence to take control of their thoughts, words, actions and feelings. Every person’s I AM Presence will guide him or her to respond and behave in ways that reflect only the highest good for all concerned.

This may seem like a very simple antidote for the atrocities people are inflicting on each other throughout the world, but it is one of the most powerful things we can do to hasten Humanity’s awakening and Transfiguration.

Many people are so buried in their negative belief systems and the pain and suffering they are experiencing that they cannot raise their heads above the chaos and confusion effectively enough to reunite with their I AM Presence. These people have no concept of the Oneness of Life and they truly believe that they must lie, steal, cheat and kill for their survival.

Those of us who have awakened from that nightmare and remember that we are ALL One have the responsibility of being our brothers’ and sisters’ keepers until they can awaken to that Divine Truth themselves. This does not mean that we are to just passively wait and watch for their awakening. It means that we are to actively be the Instruments of God we have volunteered to be.

Those of you who are reading these words have been prepared to assist in the Divine Mission of helping unawakened Humanity heal our self-inflicted separation from God and each other. If that were not the case, your I AM Presence would not have drawn this information into your sphere of awareness. This is a wondrous opportunity for you, and the Universe will joyously support your every effort in this essential endeavor.

We each have the ability to serve as a surrogate on behalf of Humanity. “As I AM lifted up, all Life is lifted up with me.” To begin the process, we need to open our hearts to every evolving soul on Earth. This is not easy when we observe some of the terrible things people are doing to each other and to the other lifeforms on the planet, but it is a necessary step in becoming an Instrument of God.

Remember, the most powerful awakening force in the Universe is the power of God’s Love flowing through your sacred Heart Flame into the Heart Flame of another Human Being.

We never know what set of circumstances compels people to choose the negative paths they have chosen or what causes them to make the self-destructive decisions they make, but in order to shift our feelings from anger and disappointment to love and understanding, we need to step back and contemplate the bigger picture. First of all, we must remember that everyone is doing the best they can according to their wisdom, their understanding and their belief systems.

This is true regardless of whether or not we think they should know better or whether it is obvious to everyone else in the world that what the person is doing is wrong. If the person fully understood the principle of the Oneness of all Life and the ramifications of their negative actions in the face of that fundamental Law, they would not behave in the negative manner in which they are behaving. It is just that simple.

When we grasp the Truth that everyone is doing the best they can, our thinking changes. We no longer look at people as bad or evil. Rather, we look at them as we would unaware children who are unable to comprehend the results of their behavior. Sometimes children do terrible things without any idea of what the end result of their actions will be, but instead of hating them and wishing them harm, we embrace them and strive to teach them a better way through love and patience.

Just for a moment, imagine that the person you perceive to be the most degenerate, evil person on the planet is someone you love. What if it is your child or your husband, your wife or your parent? You understand that they have done horrible things, but in your heart of hearts you know that in spite of their appalling behavior, there is a person inside whom you love, a person whom you know is capable of better things.

You believe, with every fiber of your being, that this person will one day awaken and choose to be the person you know they are destined to be. So you never give up hope, and you keep holding the vision of their Divine Potential. You continually invoke their I AM Presence and pray that they will wake up and choose to turn their life around.

The feelings of love, compassion and hope you would have for a loved one in that situation are the same feelings you need to awaken within your heart for every Human Being. After all, we truly are One Family, and we are sisters or brothers in every sense of the word. Through the love, compassion and dedicated invocations of awakened Lightworkers, the Grid of Divine Love is now softening the hearts and enlightening the minds of recalcitrant souls who are resisting the Light. These precious ones are gradually raising their heads above the negativity and, one-by-one, they are reclaiming the path of existence that will inspire them to fulfill the mission of cocreating Heaven on Earth.

As the newly activated Grid of Divine Love bathes the hearts and minds of Humanity, more and more people are awakening and remembering who they are and why they are here. When people awaken and their consciousness is raised up, they begin to “see with new eyes and hear with new ears.” This phenomenon has the effect of allowing people to clearly perceive the Divine Truth that ALL Life is interconnected, interrelated and interdependent. Then people know THERE IS NO US AND THEM; we are ALL One.

When this Truth resonates in the deepest recesses of our hearts, the validity of war becomes impossible to reconcile, and the distorted concept of poverty, greed, corruption, violence, abuse of power, oppression, hatred, selfishness, prejudice, pollution, disease, ignorance or any other reflection of our belief in separation becomes impossible to accept.

During this critical moment on Earth, nothing is happening by accident. If an opportunity is presented to us, we should take the information into our heart-of-hearts and see if it resonates as part of our Divine Service. If it does, then we should ask our I AM Presence to pave the way for us to participate according to our Divine Plans. Sometimes we will be called to travel and to physically join groups for an activity of Light. Other times we will be inspired to join the group in consciousness and, in loving support, to add our Light through invocations and meditations.

The important thing is for each of us to truly listen to our I AM Presence and to respond to our inner guidance with trust, confidence, enthusiasm and gratitude.

We are in the midst of a peak transmission period from the Celestial Realms. In August 2007, we will celebrate the 20th anniversary of Harmonic Convergence. Every year for the past 20 years, during the week of Harmonic Convergence, the Company of Heaven has worked with embodied Lightworkers to accomplish a unique facet of the Divine Plan. The intent of that Divine Intervention has been to fulfill the greatest need of the hour in Humanity’s Ascension process. Step by step, miracles have taken place that have catapulted this sweet Earth and all her Life up the Spiral of Evolution. Now we are being asked to join together to accomplish the most critical phase of the Divine Plan that has been attempted to date.

This facet of the Divine Plan will involve Lightworkers gathering together in the physical plane as well as Lightworkers joining in consciousness from around the world. Both of these things are critical for the success of this plan. Listen to the inner guidance of your I AM Presence, and see what your part of this plan is.

The Beings of Light have asked that we draw Lightworkers from all over the world into the Portal of the Flame of Healing Through the Power of Limitless Transmutation and the Flame of Transfiguring Divine Love. This Portal of Light is located in the area of Tucson, Arizona, in the United States of America.

The vehicle that will be used to gather the Lightworkers is the Twenty-first Annual World Congress On Illumination. This event is being held during the twentieth anniversary of Harmonic Convergence, August 11-16, 2007. The location will be the beautiful Loews Ventana Canyon Resort in the foothills of Tucson. This is going to be a celestial experience for all in attendance. If you feel the Heart Call to be physically present in Tucson, it is not too late.

During this sacred and holy week, Lightworkers from all over the world will respond to their Heart’s Call and come to Tucson to selflessly serve as surrogates on behalf of the souls who are struggling so desperately to transmute their human miscreations in time to make the shift into the 5th Dimension.

As we can see by observing the horrific things manifesting in the physical plane, many of our sisters and brothers have been overwhelmed by their past negativity. Instead of transmuting these surfacing patterns into Light, they are latching onto them and exacerbating the problem. They are acting out in deplorable ways, and instead of lifting above the negativity and transmuting the distorted patterns, as they promised to do in order to make the shift into the 5th-Dimension, they are making things worse.

Our Father-Mother God knew this was a possibility. They allowed this process to unfold anyway, because they knew that there would be Lightworkers in embodiment with the willingness to step in and help. The need has arrived, and our God Parents have sent forth the Clarion Call. The time for action is NOW!

It is important for as many Lightworkers as possible to gather within the Portal of the Flame of Healing Through the Power of Limitless Transmutation and the Flame of Transfiguring Divine Love in Tucson for this phase of the Divine Plan. Listen to your heart, and see if you are being called to action for this service to the Light.

We at the New Age Study of Humanity’s Purpose have been asked by the Company of Heaven to cocreate a sacred pilgrimage of Lightworkers that will anchor the 5th-Dimensional energies into the Crystal Grid System along the Heart Meridian of the Divine Feminine in the body of Mother Earth.

The path that we will follow was empowered by the full manifestation of our Mother God in ancient times. In order for the New Earth to reflect the full capacity of the Divine Feminine and the full potential of the Infinite Love of our Mother God, this meridian must be reactivated. It is critical that this Heart Meridian within Earth’s Crystal Grid System be infused with the 5th-Dimensional frequencies of our Mother God’s Solar Heart Chakra.

There will be Lightworkers who receive the Heart Call to be physically present on this sacred pilgrimage. I am going to share with you the path we will take on our sacred pilgrimage, so that wherever you are on the face of the Earth, you can join with us in consciousness and be a powerful Instrument of God for this vital facet of the Divine Plan.

Our sacred pilgrimage will involve a seven-day Mediterranean Cruise followed by a seven-day tour of the South of France. It will take place October 15-29, 2007. The tour will begin on October 15th in Barcelona, Spain. We will stay in a delightful Spanish hacienda-style hotel south of the city. On October 16th, after a half-day tour of Barcelona, we will embark on our Mediterranean Cruise.

Days 1-7: This part of our sacred pilgrimage will take place on the NEW, incredible Italian cruise ship called The Costa Concordia, from the Costa Cruise Lines. During our seven-day adventure, we will sail into the ports of Palma on Mallorca, Tunis, Malta, Palermo in Sicily, Rome, Savona in northern Italy and back to Barcelona.

Each morning we will gather together on the ship to align with our mission for the day. The Company of Heaven will guide us step by step through our pilgrimage. As we walk on Holy Ground in each of the locations where we land, the acupuncture point along that portion of the Heart Meridian will be activated.

Following that glorious experience, we will continue to the Pyrenees and the Cathar region of southern France. Here is a synopsis of the trip:

DAY 8: Montserrat—a fantastic mountain-top monastery, which has a great boys’ choir every day. It’s awesome and will probably be the most important site in northern Spain.

DAY 9: Montsegur visit—the remains of the primary castle and place of the last stand of the Cathars. Overnight among the small, very beautiful 13th-century villages of the Aude region.

DAY 10: A gentle day visiting beautiful and historic Limoux with its famous winery where monks are said to have first conceived the concept of sparkling wine. Visit caves where wine is matured. Overnight in the Aude region.

DAY 11: Drive to historic Cathar/Knights Templar town of Castelnaudery for sight-seeing and local speciality lunch of Cassoulet, the origin of the casserole dish. Afternoon visit to explore the old city of Carcassonne, the world’s largest fortified town with real “Disney-like” 13th-century castle. Overnight in Carcassonne.

DAY 12: Drive to Rennes Ie Bain to enjoy the Roman baths and hot mineral springs. Afternoon and evening—visit the church “La Madeleine” in Rennes Le Chateau, dedicated to Mary Magdalene and the Divine Feminine, possible site of the Holy Grail—see Da Vinci Code (Abbe Sauniere—Priory of Sion). After dinner at a local restaurant, we will have a special visit to a secret location for Divine Feminine meditation. Overnight in Carcassonne.

DAY 13: Aique Mortes—3-hour drive to lunch in this unique and ancient village in the Camargue, the famed place of gypsies and wild horses. Visit Ste Marie, said to be the landing place of Mary Magdalene and Joseph of Arimathea beach meditation. Farewell group dinner. Overnight in Lourdes

DAY 14: Depart in the morning, arrive in Toulouse by noon. This is the end of the tour. Easy access to Paris or Barcelona for your return trip home.

Do you know my good friend Roy G Biv?

His favorite time of year is the autumn foliage in New England where I live.

The rainbow of colors from the leaves of the trees preparing the trees for the colder weather when they can rest. These deciduous trees that loose their leaves rest so that they can grow stronger come the spring thaw.

When I see Roy G Biv in his full glory, it is like an artist’s glorious canvas throughout the entire natural world. A great place to meditate and integrate the creative energy of mother earth.

Gaia and Roy G Biv are very close friends they have know each other since the beginning of time itself.

Roy’s favorite weather is the end of a rainstorm when he can show his unique creativity in his rainbows.

My favorite is when I see his double rainbows.

Fall Transitions

Time to go back to school. Our kids will be either looking forward to go back to school to see their friends and get back into the school routine and socializing with their peers. On the other hand, many dread going back to school and love their freedom of the summer school vacation break.

Then there are the adults like myself that are back in college that just want to get through all of the classes to get their degree so that they can get a better paying job, start a new career and move forward in their life.

Currently I am a nursing assistant and working towards my LPN/RN nursing degree.

Life's Structural Balance

When you grow up in a home environment with little or no structure, you need to build a new foundation in which to grow from. Perhaps you should flee to your neighbor’s house next door! Whatever you do - do not escape into drugs or other extreme challenging environments that threaten our well being, you can meet with peril and possible death or permanent injury that affects the rest of your life. Healing past this type of life experience is extremely difficult and requires the development of tremendous inner strength.

1) Consider Constructive Creative Exploration and self-discovery
2) Create the life you have longed for, and organize your life towards that end.

A loving, caring environment is usually strict. Unloving and uncaring environments are not. Strictness instills a sense of order and (self) discipline. Children need boundaries. Rewards and loss of privileges are expected up to a certain age. Boundaries are established and maintained by concerned parents. Children need discipline.

It is the children’s job to test their parents in order to see how much they can get away with! Life is a power struggle. It is about whose in control. Self-esteem concerns are usually internalized via self-manipulation of internal emotional issues. Therefore, blaming others is far easier than blaming yourself! As adults, we place ourselves where we are throughout life. We always have the power to change. That is providing we have the will to change, and of course that we are in excellent physical and financial health to facilitate positive change. (needs to be reworked and expanded)

Rebuilding your family foundation with unconditional love and a strong support structure provides your children with the inner strength that stays with them throughout their lives.

Understanding the thought process

Understanding your thought process and how it creates the life, you experience and how it affects your perspective. Your perspective directly affects, what you communicate, and how everyone around you responds towards you. As we learn and grow from life's experiences, our understanding of ourselves and what life is all about becomes clearer. Through this process, we will come to understand how we understand ourselves and how we relate with the world around us. It also helps us to understand how others are affected by what we communicate verbally, none verbally or through our actions or lack of action.

Introspection through careful observation of our own thoughts and how others in our lives respond to how we communicate provides an important key to creating happiness and success. Keep in mind the intent we have within our very thought and emotions directly affect all aspects of the life we experience.

Often our areas in life where we experience intense thoughts and emotions can suddenly take a form of their own. This is called a thought form. For example, we may have difficulty dealing with and acknowledging a specific personal fault or weakness. We continually redirect self-blame and project our anxiety to others or ignore these types of situations altogether throughout life. These same types of situations continually reoccur and the overall negative affect intensifies. We eventually may reach a breaking point and loose all hope and focus in life. It is like an extremely bad habit that we are totally oblivious to. Maintaining good habits are easier than breaking old bad ones. Most often, these are the hardest to break and that is when we must work to increase our true inner strength in order to overcome them. Good character builds the necessary strength. When we do that, we feel a tremendous sense of release and inner self-contentment. It is as if a huge weight has been lifted off our shoulders. Behavioral Attitudes disrupt the family and continue the chaos, which needs to end.

Although we may feel attached to them through ‘fear of loosing something’, we can let them go. Alternatively, we can continue the way we are and choose to hold onto them harder then ever, choking our ability to think more positively. At that point is more difficult but, not impossible to let go of negative thoughts, feelings and attitudes...permanently. Our thoughts are closely linked to our emotions and how we understand ourselves and the world around us. As we learn and grow from life’s experiences, our understanding of ourselves and what life is all about. Through this inward journey of self-exploration our own thoughts and feelings becomes clearer and clearer to understand. Understanding yourself and others is the greatest challenge we face. What and how we communicate given our thoughts and feelings helps to create the many ways in which we interrelate with each other. While perceptions vary between members of the same family, that is: how we view others, and ourselves and how they view us...we are all bound together by a system of shared beliefs. These beliefs shape our values. (Parents lead by example) In the end, all the parents the world over (especially those who are no longer with us) leaves a legacy to their children. Beliefs and values are just that: a legacy. A legacy passed down from one generation to the next. In addition, that for the most part is what influences how people understand and interrelate with each other.

Understanding self-expression and how others understand what and how we communicate our thoughts and feelings creates the way we all interrelate with each other.

*Character does matter. Character shapes one’s destiny.

How we provide for our various needs can be in a positive, constructive way or a negative, self-destructive way. We have hunger for our physical carnal nature i.e. (food addictions, sexual addictions and many other mental/emotional forms of dis-ease). How we spend our free time in life can be used to create inner growth and happiness or mis-create a process of self-destruction and sorrow.

Throughout life, we all experience many challenges or lessons. How we cope with them depends on what coping and communication skills we have learned since childhood. Through our early developmental years, we have learned many different things from our circumstances. Family members, relatives, and friends are a great influence. Teachers, religious leaders, and the media are influential as well. Our learning environment affects how we eventually relate to the world around us.
For some the strength, stability and structure of a loving family helps to promote responsible, caring, and law-abiding adults. Unfortunately, for others, the opposite is true. Caring supervision and consistent discipline are essential ingredients towards progressive growth and development of the children through adolescence and into young adulthood. Most importantly, spiritual awareness, rooted in the heart of children, in most cases helps to steer their minds towards responsible lives and citizenship. How we understand the world shapes our way along the path of life.

It is extremely important to acknowledge children’s individual strengths that are unique to them. Comparing siblings or enforcing unrealistic expectations onto them is very harmful and it creates inner confusion and resentment that is carried into their young adulthood. This can even affect their reaching their full potential in school and their self-esteem.

Due to the broad scope of the ideas expressed in this material, it is necessary to fine-tune the focus to a specific component topic. It is also our intent to discuss at length early intervention for children before they become high-risk teenagers or young adults. Acidophilus

Lactobacillus acidophilus is a 'friendly' organism which helps the body fight disease and restore health. Modern research has discovered that acidophilus kills the harmful bacteria strain of E. coli in the intestinal tract. Acidophilus breaks milk sugar down into lactic acid. Bacteria which produce putrefaction and gas in the intestines cannot live in lactic acid. Acidophilus also has the unique ability to help the body synthesize, or manufacture all of the 'B' vitamins in the system. This makes it especially valuable since there is literally a host of agents which destroy B vitamins. A few are antibiotics, birth control pills, eating sugar and refined foods and drinking coffee. A diet high in red meat will destroy the beneficial bacteria, due to the concentration of antibiotics and steroids given to the animals before they are slaughtered. Lactobacillus acidophilus has been used to restore normal oral, GI, and vaginal flora in those affected by antibiotics or by Candida and bacterial infections.

Alfalfa

Alfalfa is a well-known herb to health-conscious consumers. It is high in nutrients, which are drawn into the plant from deep in the soil. The richest land source of trace minerals, the roots of Alfalfa plants have been known to reach as much as thirty feet deep! The leaves of the alfalfa plant are rich in minerals and nutrients, including calcium, magnesium, potassium, and carotene. They are also a source of protein, vitamin E and vitamin K. Alfalfa has been used by the Chinese since the sixth century to treat kidney stones, and to relieve fluid retention and swelling. Aloe Vera

Aloe vera has historically been known for assisting the functions of the gastrointestinal tract, and for its properties of soothing, cleansing and helping the body to maintain healthy tissues. This plant has a reputation of facilitating digestion, aiding blood and lymphatic circulation, as well as kidney, liver and gall bladder functions. Aloe contains at least three anti-inflammatory fatty acids that are helpful for the stomach, small intestine and colon. It naturally alkalizes digestive juices to prevent overacidity - a common cause of digestive complaints. A newly discovered compound in aloe, acemannan, is currently being studied for its ability to strengthen the immune system. Proponents say that it can cure arthritis, guard against osteoporosis, lower blood pressure and cholesterol, prevent cancer, destroy infection, assist in digestion and weight control, maintain memory, and protect the mind from aging. Those who have tried using it swear by it. Skeptics who have not tried it swear at proponents of this "folk remedy".

B Complex

B-complex vitamins play many roles in the human body, but primarily they nourish the brain and nervous system. A diet high in refined foods or a life full of stress puts a greater demand on the body for these important nutrients. B1 - skin, eyes, hair; B2 - nourishes the tissues of the body; B6 - mild diuretic, PMS; B12 - anxiety and depression; Folic Acid - works synergistically with B12, cell division and replication; Biotin - metabolism of protein, fats and carbohydrates, cholesterol; B3 (Niacin) - energy production; Pantothenic acid - nourishes the adrenal glands which help the body to withstand stress; PABA - works synergistically with folic acid; Choline bitartrate - helps make acetylcholine, an important neurotransmitter in the brain; Inositol - metabolism of fat and cholesterol; absorption and utilization of fat.

Bee Pollen

Bilberry

Bilberry (Vaccinium myrtillus) contains nutrients that protect eyes from eyestrain or fatigue, and can improve circulation to the eyes. When British Royal Air Force pilots During World War II ate Bilberry preserves before night missions and discovered that their night vision improved afterwards, this herb was investigated and found to be beneficial for the eyes. Bilberry works by improving the microcirculation and regeneration of retinal purple, a substance required for good eyesight. It is believed that this property is related to the high amount of proanthocyanidins, a type of flavonoid that tends to prevent capillary fragility and strengthen the capillaries which nourish the eyes. Other properties appear to assist in thinning the blood and stimulating the release of vasodilators. Anthocyanin, a natural antioxidant, also lowers blood pressure, reduces clotting and improves blood supply to the nervous system. Anthocyanosides support and enhance the health of collagen structures in the blood vessels of the eyes, thus aiding in the development of strong healthy capillaries that can carry vital nutrients to eye muscles and nerves. Bilberry has long been a remedy for poor vision and "night blindness." Clinical tests have indicated that oral administration of bilberry tends to improve visual accuracy in healthy people and can help those with eye disorders such as pigmentosa, retinitis, glaucoma, and myopia.

Bioflavonoids

Bioflavonoids are nutrients which are related to the Vitamin C family. They cannot be synthesized by the body, and therefore must be obtained from food or supplements. Bioflavonoids are helpful in nourishing the integrity and strength of capillaries and cells.

Biotin

Biotin assists in the metabolism of fat and protein. It nourishes muscles.

Black Cohosh

Black Cohosh has traditionally been used to calm the nervous system by nourishing blood vessels, and balancing the hormones in menopausal women. Studies show it contains substances that bind to estrogen receptors.

Black Currant Oil

Black currant oil is rich in linoleic acid and gamma-linolenic acid (GLA). This substance supports the body's manufacture of hormone-like substances known as prostaglandins which help regulate functions of the circulatory system. GLA assists the body with its energy processes and is a structural component of the brain, bone marrow, muscles and cell membranes.

Black Walnut

Black Walnut hulls contain a substance which helps the body eliminate parasites. Although this is the primary purpose of this herb, it is also used for poison oak, ringworm and skin ailments. It has antifungal properties and is also said to promote bowel regularity.

Borage Oil

Borage oil is an excellent source of gamma-linolenic acid. It also nourishes the heart.

Boron

Boron may retard bone loss. There are indications that boron increases the absorption of calcium, magnesium, and phosphorus, as well as controls the urinary loss of these minerals. The ability to use energy and to think may also be related to boron levels, but this is not yet confirmed. Boron be be nutritionally supportive in conditions of osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, and rheumatoid arthritis.

The flowering tropical vine Cardiospermum halicacabum, a plant that has been used as a medicine in Africa & India for centuries, has been prescribed for years by European skin specialists and family doctors. In a study of 833 patients with eczema, better than 4 out of 5 subjects reported improvement or remission of symptoms (inflammation, swelling, scaling, blisters/vesicles, dry skin, itching, burning and pain).

Carnitine

L-carnitine is an amino acid which nourishes the heart, nourishes and strengthens muscles, and nutritionally supports the circulatory system.
