Apple Crisp

2 Apples
1 tablespoon Flour
1 Heaping tablespoon brown
-sugar
1 ts Ground cinnamon
-Pinch of salt
3 teaspoons Water
1 tablespoon Butter or margarine, cut in small pieces

Try this with vanilla ice cream, vanilla yogurt, fresh cream or half and-half.

Peel and core apples, then slice them directly onto toaster-oven baking tray or cookie sheet.

In small bowl blend flour, brown sugar, cinnamon and salt.

Scatter flour mixture over apples.

Sprinkle water over all ingredients (use more water than called for if apples are not very juicy); space out pieces of butter over top.

Place tray in toaster oven and set at 375 F. Bake 30 minutes.

Makes two servings. You can double or Triple the recipe to make more servings.

No Bake OATMEAL COOKIES
2 cups sugar 1/2 cup milk 1 stick margarine or butter 2 tablespoons cocoa optional 3 cups 1 minute oats 1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter or almond butter Mix first 4 ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a rolling boil, stirring constantly. Boil exactly 1 minute. Remove from heat and add 3 cups of oats and 1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter. Drop by spoonfuls on waxed paper. Let stand until cooled.

Cream Cheese Frosting Recipe

Cinnamon Sweet Cream Cheese Frosting

28 oz Cream Cheese

½ C Butter or Margarine

½ C Brown Sugar

½ C Powdered Sugar

½ Teaspoon Cinnamon

½ Teaspoon Ground Ginger

½ Teaspoon Powder Vanilla (Vanilla Pudding)

Combine Cream Cheese & Butter

Blend until smooth

Add other ingredients

Mix or blend until smooth

If you need to microwave for 30 seconds

Dairy Free Frosting

½ C Margarine

½ C Shortening

4 C Powder Sugar

4 Teaspoons Powder Vanilla (Vanilla Pudding)

Whip Margarine and shortening until fluffy, add rest of ingredients
